Founder & Technology Visionary

Rob is a tech expert with 25+ years of experience across enterprise, nonprofit, and government sectors. He’s built elegant solutions for some of tech’s toughest challenges, working with Snowflake, UX, SEO apps, video streaming, IoT, and AI. Rob managed and developed key video technologies for myQ, an iOS and Android app with over 12 million users.

When existing tools fell short, Rob built his own — a fully customizable website CRM and SEO platform. He’s known for bridging creativity and code, with projects that blend big-picture architecture with meticulous attention to detail. The page you are reading now runs on Rob’s content management and SEO technologies.

What truely sets him apart, through, is empathy. For Rob, the human element is the most powerful development tool — because great tech isn’t just smart, it’s people-first.

Experience Designer & Digital Strategist

Julie is a strategist with a passion for helping organization thrive in the digital world. For over 10 years, she was a marketing leader at The Salvation Army — one of the world’s largest nonprofits — and has also worked with leading agencies and as an independent consultant.

She specializes in data-driven digital strategies that amplify mission-driven work, with expertise spanning copywriting, brand voice, creative strategy, audience development, and crisis communications. From email and SEO to paid + organic social, texting and programmatic media, Julie helps organizations connect with their audiences and achieve their goals.

At the heart of her work is a belief in kindness and authenticity: if it can’t be done with kindness, should it be done at all?

Decorated U.S. Marine veteran and founder of TaylorMade Software, J.T. is known as the go-to guy to get things done. With degrees and careers in both electronics and linguistic cryptography for the U.S. government, he finished his graduate work in Mathematics at the university of Central Florida, entering into software as an actuarial programmer in the insurance industry.

Now known as the “.NET/Oracle Guru,” J.T. has led Delphi, .NET and Oracle user groups, lectured at software events, and taught advanced technologies at several colleges.
